Can you use one wireless adapter to connect to multiple networks?
No. One wireless adapter can only connect to one wireless network at a time. No software can change this.
Can you connect to two separate wireless networks to get more internet bandwidth?
If you have two wireless adapters, you can connect to two different wireless networks at the same time. However, neither Windows XP, Windows Vista, nor Windows 7 support using seperate internet connections to increase your bandwidth. However, you can use resources from both networks. You can share your files on both networks and can stream videos from other computers on both networks.
