As Friendtree begins to grow, I'm needing some extra help to keep it at the forefront of web techoligies. No one likes a site that doesn't offer much that interests them, so Friendtree relies of having the best of everything. So, I'm looking for a developer to come and help out part time. There are a lot of things that I have planned to offer over the next 6 months, and lots of things I know are needing improovments and updating, but I'm finding that time is a big issue for me.

If your a developer and have the following criteria, please PM me with some examples of your work and a little bit about why you'd like to apply for this job position.

You must:
Know advanced HTML & CSS.
Code in medium to advanced in PHP.
Have a high level of understanding on how Databases work.
Have basic knowledge on design quality and trands.

If you are interested, just PM me or email me at jono@friendtree.co.uk.

What kind of compensation are you offering for this developer's time? What happens if the developer does all their work extremely well but FriendTree is just unlucky and doesn't take off as well as we hope, what happens to the developer then?
